Who Are We?
Scoil Íosagáin is a co-educational Catholic Infant School, based in Mallow Co. Cork. . While Scoil Íosagáin is a Catholic school, we promote inclusivity, welcoming and respecting all religious traditions and cultures represented in today’s society.
Scoil Iosagáin has a long tradition of Infant education since it’s foundation by the Mercy Order in 1964
Scoil Íosagáin values all its’ pupils equally, committed to providing a positive experience of early education for all children, enabling them to reach their full potential in all areas of development.
Scoil Íosagáin is fully focused on, and committed to providing a quality infant education to the young pupils of Mallow. It is a unique school in this regard, being one of only 12 infant schools in the country.
At present, we have six mainstream class teachers, as well as 4 SET – (Special Education Teachers) – who coordinate and implement many school initiatives as well as supporting children with specific learning needs.
