St. Patrick made a surprise visit to Scoil Íosagáin this year. He is friendly with Billy our caretaker and was invited along to our outdoor parade. All the children were dressed up in our national colours.
Scoil Íosagain hosted the first parade in Mallow this year!! Each class got a chance to follow the outdoor route and wave their school made banners and flags. It was great fun.
They were cheered on by some teachers, our secretary Catherine, Ms. Dennehy and by St. Patrick himself. It was such a lovely occasion. Thanks to all involved including Billy our caretaker for making contact with St. Patrick!!!!!
